Executive Block:

At the society’s inaugural ceremony on May 2, 2019, Capital Smart City introduced “Executive Block” in the society. Capital Smart City Islamabad was officially launched on 2nd May 2019 in an exclusive launch ceremony held at the site of Capital Smart City.

Freij International to make amusement park in CSC:

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Freij Entertainment Int. & Capital Smart City on October 23rd, 2019 for the development of an amusement park near Capital Smart City Islamabad. Freij Entertainment International is well recognised as the world’s largest travelling entertainment firm, organising exciting carnival rides, funfairs, and skillful games all over the world.

Mr. Freij El Zein, CEO of Freij Entertainment International, and top management of CSC signed an agreement to build many of Pakistan’s first amusement parks at the site of Capital Smart Smart, Islamabad, in collaboration with Future developments holdings, the real estate development company responsible for Capital Smart City’s master planning.

Freij Entertainment International has signed a contract to build the most exciting amusement parks in Pakistan’s major cities, including Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Freij International is the most efficient and skilled in offering world-class entertainment projects in over 26 countries, with record completion times of 2-3 months.

Mr. Imran Zahid, CSC’s Chief Commercial Officer, noted that this is a crucial step in providing much-needed leisure and recreation facilities throughout Pakistan, as well as improving the country’s economic growth.

Updated- Development Status in Capital Smart City

Capital Smart City has bought more than 5,570 Kanals of fresh land along the Chakri Road and River Sill with ownership as of November 21st, 2019. This extension area will be added to the Capital Smart City site soon, and the management has begun work on the master plan.

First Balloting Capital Smart City

In other news, Capital Smart City has delayed its first Balloting event by a month. This balloting was originally set for the third final week of November in 2019, however owing to the “Political Unrest” scenario in the Capital region, the administration of Capital Smart City decided to postpone the event for another month.

The balloting was planned to be held for the investors and clients qualified for the society’s executive and foreign blocks. The organisation has also developed a map for CSCI qualified investors to use in selecting plots. Only investors who have paid in whole or in half are eligible for the selection choice.

The deadline for eligible members to pick their preferred and plot numbers was December 5th, 2019, after which the selection option will no longer be available. The members were given the opportunity to tour the Capital Smart City headquarters and make their decision.

Ballot Details:

Following the completion of the plot selection process, any remaining eligible files will be included in the first ballot. The computerised ballot for residential and commercial plots will be held in the third week of December 2019.
